She also participated as the season's third runner up in The Next Iron Chef, and has been on the panel for the show since. She was a contestant and won in one episode of Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast. The fourth season of The Next Iron Chef, she started working as a sous chef to Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian. In 2008, she was the host of The Food Network's The Cooking Loft with Alex Guarnaschelli in which she instructs the students in a small class teaching them how to reinvent classic dishes.
